I have some right side pain and lower back pain, can i be pregnant?

I have been having some right side and lower back pain, And peeing alot more then usually! I just had a miscarriage on 3/27/11. I took 4 hpt and they all where neg. Can I b pregnant still? Please i really want to have a baby with my husband i get lonely while he is at work he is in the army.. please help me..!! I am 19. thankss
