i have a knot in the back of my head? major headaches, help.?

So im 16 years old. i have major headaches all day and night.. never seem to stop. i noticed that i have a knot in the back of my head on one side.. i havent bumped my head or anything. could this be something serious? if so, what might it be?. help plz.
