What to take to ease a headache without lowering the fever?
I got ill, nothing too bad, except that I feel very unwell - my whole body hurts and I have a headache. I have a low-ish fever and because I can stay at home I don't want to lower it as I don't plan to visit a doctor and this is a natural defense. But my head is killing me. All pills I know that help headache also lower fever. Any suggestions?

1. So, you want to get well, but not too well? That doesn't make any sense. Just take ibuprofen and stay home.2. Ah, I see what you're saying. So why not try something other than a pill. How about a hot or cold compress or a piece of strong peppermint candy helps me sometimes.
