Lower back pain, any strengthening exercises?
Hey I'm only 22 years old but I keep getting lower back pain, I exercise alot... Which includes crunches, but I'm thinking these are to blame so I'm planning on stopping them altogether. What are some lower back strengthening exercises, and ab exercises that won't stress my back? Thanks

3. It sounds like you may have aggravated your back in some way. Go and see your doctor or someone like a chiropractor so they can examine you and advise on a course of action. It might be advisable to avoid aggravating the problem further for the moment and try using ice on the painful area. If you do consult a chiropractor, they should be able to advise you about strengthening exercises.
