Sharp pain lower back right side. What is this?

I get this sharp pain on my lower back on the right side mostly when I sit down or do anything physical such as run, jump, etc. It's fine when I walk and stand though. When I sit, it hurts for like a minute then it just goes away. I started getting this pain after suddenly running and jumping over small fences. (Don't ask why). What could this be?

1. Maybe your pulling muscles? Try streching before doing any excercises. Or try sitting/laying down and having a heating pad on your back. make sure it's close to the highest notch if you have one. Hope I helped you! Do you mind answering my question i just did? :) thanks
