Ive had the same headache in th same spot of my head for almost 2 and a half weeks?

Ive been having this reoccurring headache in the same spot of my head (the back right side) for almost 2 and a half weeks. It fades in and out, but when it strikes, its EXTREMELY painful. Is this normal? Is there somthing I should do??

1. Headaches are caused by tight neck muscles. They go to the top of your head where they connect to muscles going around the head. When the neck muscles get tight they pull on the head muscles and when they go into pain you have your headache. Having a spot that gives off the pain happens when you have one really tight neck muscle pulling on a head muscle that runs out of give so it goes into pain where it's attached to the head. To get rid of these pain you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about one minute, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds. Repeat if any pain remains.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

2. Hmm. If it persists as long as it has and it's very painful I'd go to a doctor about it. You might have something wrong. It could be something serious. Don't play with that kinda stuff.

3. I would make a.. doctors appointment right way.
