What do you do to assist with getting rid of a migraine headache?

6. hm...i've never really had a migraine, but i imagined if i did i'd take some excedrin or advil or tylenol or something...sorry if i didn't help much =|

9. One thing you don't want to do is take Excedrin migraine it send me to the ER it has way too much caffeine. and i also know of 3 other people who have ended in the ER for Taking Excedrin Migraine
i usually take a nap or 4 motrin (IB) 200mg
Drink lots of water make sure you can breathe cleanse your nose!
