I've had bad knee pains for over a year now, coming from inside the joint, but MRI scans and X-rays have come to show that my knee is apparently completely normal (well except the pain obviously). I've really had enough of the pain as it really limits the amount of sport i can do! I also have a problem with both of my knees, where a ligament on the inner side of my leg which joints the knee cap to the rest of the joint capsule is larger than normal, but it is weak which causes my knee to feel "floaty" and if i am walking at the time i tend to collapse. I am about to start physiotherapy for this problem, and my consultant says it is not the source of my pain. What are the possible problems it could be?
