i need some home remedies for sinus headache

1. Drinking tea always helps me when I have a sinus infection also try advil

2. You could just take an OTC sinus medication, but if you're looking for home remedies, here's a couple simple ones: Drink a cup of coffee or tea. The heat + caffeine can help ease headache pain. Or have a hot shower. The steam will help your sinuses to drain, which should offer some relief.

3. Tylenol helps. So does inhaling steam, from a humidifier, shower or towel hooded over your head above steaming water. An ice bag or bag of fozen peas over a towel applied directly to the forehead (!) kills pain. Drinking warm liquids can help loosen things up, and staying hydrated is very important.

Hope you feel better soon.

4. Try a hot face cloth over the bridge of your nose. My favorite is to eat hot and very spicy foods. I prefer Mexican. The heat and the spice causes my sinuses to drain almost immediately.

5. All of these are good answers. And the oldest remedy is Mother's Chicken Soup. The heat from the soup will help your sinuses.

6. Tight neck muscles are causing both of those things to happen. Tight neck muscles restrict the wastes from freely leaving the head so they back up and the first place the fill is the sinuses to give you problems there. Your neck muscles go to the top of your head where they connect to muscles going around your head. When the neck muscles get tight they pull on the head muscles and when they go into pain you have your headache. to get rid of these problems you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about one minute, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
