10. I take enough meds that conflict but sinus head pain and Migraines just get in the dark, silent, with cool face cloths
11. I am lucky for some reason. I get about 3 headaches a year, mind you, I don't drink so that might have something to do with it!
Fresh Air works for me normally, if it is only mild.
12. 1) Large Glass of Water. Sounds too easy, right? Well it works more often then you think. Dehydration is one of the MOST COMMON causes of headaches, so a glass of cool, clear water might be all you need to start relieving pain.
2) Deep Massage. You probably already know about massages and how they help to relieve stress & tension. However, what you didn't likely know is that a firm massage on the head, face, AND neck can quickly get rid of headache pain.
3) Take a Hot Shower. Stand in the shower and allow the hot water to cascade down your neck and back. This should loosen your muscles and allow for better blood flow.

21. I don't get a lot of headaches, when i do this seems to work for me, first of all make sure you're hydrated, then I relax and loosen your neck muscles and slowly roll your head in a circular motion for a minute or two, go as far back and forward as you can. this can relieve pressure and help your headache.
22. Aleve ot Motrin 800mg
23. Excedrin because it has caffeine in it and it really helps with headaches. Also another thing that helps me is if I have a bad headache and medication is not available I will pinch the tip of my nose and press my index and middle fingers on the back of my head, I usually press on the curved part which i always forget the name of sorry. But it helps a bit and also just staying calm and breathing deeply can help alleviate it a bit. Hope I helped a little bit.
