1. Have a word with the doctor or midwife they will be able to give you the best advice. They can usually tell you the sex of your baby if you want to know at the 20 wk scan
2. I suffered from bad morning sickness too, but I am now 27 weeks and completely free of the sickness thank god. I had it so bad, I lost a lot of weight and couldn't eat anything! I went to the doctors who said he couldn't give me anything and signed me off work for two weeks which led to four weeks as the sickness made me weak and dizzy! If you symptoms don't subside soon, I would go back and ask for anti sickness tablets because they can be prescribed in serious cases. I wasn't given them because mine went away on its own. I learnt that forcing myself to eat helped! Although I really didn't fancy anything and it made me feel sick smelling or looking at food, if I forced it down it made me feel loads better.
Yes, they can tell the sex at your 20 week scan unless your baby is in a position where you can't tell which doesn't happen very often. When I had mine, I didn't want to know but she said she wouldn't be able to because of the babies posistion!
3. There is a pill that the doc can prescribe for you that will definitely help with the morning sickness. Being that sick isn't normal or healthy for you or your baby. It is common though and as long as you go to the doc you and your baby will be fine. I don't know about headaches, but I'm sure the doc can help you with that too. Good luck!
