What causes ankle pain, knee pain, chest pain, and neck pain on the left side of my body?

Here lately, I have ben having a lot of pain on the left side of my body. I know that i most likely need to see a doctor, byt i was wondering if anyone has experienced this and if there are any doctors that know what is going on. Could there be one thing causing these problems?? Any info would be nice thanks :)

1. Neck pains are caused by tight muscles in your neck and you can get rid of the pain by freeing up your neck muscles and here's how to free them up:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
Your back pain can be caused by pinched muscles in your back. Pinched muscles in your back can be sending pains in to your legs and arms or they may not be, hard to know until you free them up for that's how to get rid of these pains and here's how to free them up to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. For both- for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

2. I do not know...but...I went to the doctor for the same thing today...and even my left eye is now all red!! I got tested for some auto immune disorders..besides the pain I am also having a rash on the left side....sorry I wasn't able to help..but you are not alone.

3. Neck pain usually can be a cause of bad sleeping position. an injury, stress, poor posture and neck cracking are other reason why neck pain occurs. Its best consult a health care professional for treatment and medication.
