numbness and awkward feeling after migraine headache?

Earlier I got a really bad migraine and i couldnt see out of my right eye(i've been to the hospital about that situation it was dehydration) but after my headache went away my fingertips starting going numb, then the side of my face went numb, now i have a awkward feeling. What could be causeing it? I havent been to the hospital about the second part because i have no health insurance.

1. Numbness are a sign of a heart attack.

2. Call a doctor or go to the ER now.its your health were talking about are you dehydrated? It could be a stroke.
Get well soon.

3. Everyone experiences migraines differently. Some people experience tunnel vision, others experience a black spot right in the line of their vision, and most commonly people experience throbbing headaches. But i'd say that the numbness could just be a side effect that you, personally, experience. Maybe you should see your doctor about it? There aren't any special tests that doctors can do for migraines because no one knows exactly what they are (as they are caused by different things for different people), but the doctor may be able to tell you if they think the numbness was caused by the migraine.

4. stroke is usually show by numbness in the limbs mostly on the right side of the body, but if you face is numb or not moving properly this is also a sign of stroke. if youre worried at least see your doctor or go to the hospital.

5. I experience a tingly/numb like feeling in my lips when I'm getting a migrane. I did however go to the docs, and had it checked out just to make sure. That's probably all it is with you, but again, get it checked out just to be on the safe side. Feel better!
