1. best will be hot water fermentation

2. SINCE SHE IS PREGNANT SO YOU SHOULD NOT TRY X OR Z BAM! PL CONTACT THE GYNO WHO WILL PRESCRIBE THE EXACT ONE!

3. Hi Raman!!
I have read somewhere but I m not sure that the pregnant women should not take any such medication before the consult of the dr. because these creams are having side-effects...
so try the most effective conventional way:-
Dip the towel in the warm water and kept it over the effective area for some time till the water in the towel become cold.repeat this 5-6 times..
otherwise bought a hot rubber bottle..of red colour u must have seen it or have it for the removal of pain....
hope it will work....

4. DEEPHEAT,thay will do the trick. You can buy it at the chemists.

5. There is no restriction for use of any external application that contains analgesics.

6. Her Gynaecologist (Dr) should approve any thing see takes or uses since she is pregnant.

She can sit in an hot water tub. Must not use the tub with nozzles, if used nozzles should not be operated, unless Dr OK's it.

Icy Hot does produce heat first then it produces cold it is like applying hot and cold compressions.

Go to a pharmacy near you and ask the pharmacist. They may have electric heating pad that can be used on the back. We use that at home.

7. Have you tried the ice gel packs and alternate with heater pad? this really does work for allot of muscle based back pains.

8. She's been how many weeks pregnant? Every day a child develops in her womb and her uterus also expands. Back pain is really painful during pregnancy but she have to bear with it because she cannot take any pill. Pain relief cream doesn't work for me when I was pregnant. What I did was I do kegel exercise and use a posture brace corrector. its a big help for me. Kegel will also help her for easier childbirth and speed up healing on stitches after childbirth.

9. Biofreeze is absolutely the best in my opinion.
After 5 back surgeries I should know. :-)
However,
I'm no doctor and have no medical advice. I have a small device (small enough to keep in a glove compartment, lady's purse or briefcase) that I use nightly to sleep and on long trips. It gives me much needed relief. Hopefully it will help you. It's about 1/3rd the cost of one massage, and I've used mine for 10 years now! http://www.RealBackRelief.com/

10. Hi Jatin

Am not a correct person to answer this question , as you have asked for something which will keep back warm , would suggest that you could buy a hot pack bag available in most of the medical stores.
This bag is made of high quality rubber & plastic it is a bag with a cap which could be tighten as it has the thread, like that in a screw. This bag can accommodate hot water in it and gives heat to its external surface and doesn't gets melted as ordinary rubber plastic bags do , it has high temperature withstanding ability.

You could buy this and pour hot/boiling water to the bag and tighten it properly and place to the back , it transfers the heat from the water to the body thru the bag surface. If this helps you could repeat it once or twice in evenings before sleep.
