How can i get rid of a headache fast without taking medication?

hey i was wondering if there was any way to get rid of a headache fast without taking medication. please help.

1. 'quickly', not 'fast' .. and it depends on what the cause of the headache is.. get some fresh air, drink a lot of water, eat something filling.. neck/backrubs help sometimes too.. and if none of those things help then you'll need some pain meds.. i recommend ibuprofen and not aspirin or paracetamol, but if you're going to take aspirin take it in plant form, chew on a willow branch

2. Many times headaches are caused by insufficient blood flow to the brain. Try lying down with your feet elevated for 20 minutes.

think of something funny and smile/laugh
put your chin on your chest while sitting up and roll your neck around then
go the other way and do it a few times.
go to sleep
