Sore back of head, sore ear + jaw - What is this?
Since march 31 i've been having this pounding headache feeling in the back of my right side of my head and just now the ear on the same side (right) is hurting inside/out and it's also red...my other ear is fine no pain or redness. I don't know if this also has anything to do with it but for awhile now (more than a week) whenever i open my mouth too wide (like when i eat for instance) it hurts like heck...again on the same side (right) where my head/ear is hurting...i've been taking Tylenol for the pain in the back of my head but it doesn't go away...i am not allowed to take Asprin or Advil because of some medication i am on (i've been on the pills for along time now so it's not a side effect from my pills). What can pain be caused from? thanks.

1. I would recommend seeing a doctor, first of all. You may have TMJD if your jaw is really hurting you, which can effect the rest of your face as a result. If you don't want to do that, try getting a massage from a professional Massage Therapist.2. This sounds like It could be an ear Infection but please get checked by your doctor.
3. This sounds like what I've got, my ear, eyes and head are killing me and when I push my chin out it's very painful. I've had a sore ear for a few weeks and I got it checked when I first got it and the doctor said it was blocked so I put ear drops in but it diddnt make a differance and now for the past few days I've been felling dizzy and it's the worst feeling ever and I was reading that the main reason for this is a deep ear infection so I would go to a doctor and get the proper stuff and it will be away within a few days.
