1. leave medication to doctor choice
avoid self medication
2. your headaches are caused by tight muscles in your neck. When those muscles tighten up they can also restrict everything going in and out of your head, including the wastes. When everything is backing up you feel that overall pressure but the wastes back up into your sinuses to give them trouble as well. Your neck muscles go to the top of your head for its movements and when the muscles are tight at the top they pull on other muscles to surround your brain with pain, your headache. To have the pain on one side is because your neck muscles are tighter on that side. When the temperature drops our bodies try to keep warm so the muscles tighten up to preserve the heat in our bodies. This isn't usually a problem but when you have the tight muscles in makes all the pains happen. To get rid of your headache all you have to do is free up the muscles in your neck and the pain will be gone and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
