What are some natural remedies for a sinus headache (frequent sinus headaches)?
My 15 year old sister gets bad sinus headaches like every other day!
What do you recommend??
Thanks!

1. I have been helped by antibiotics and steroids. But if you want an all natural remedy, tell her to try using a neti pot. This uses a saline solution to irrigate the sinuses. Use a mixture of 1 pint DISTILLED water, 1 teaspoon KOSHER salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda. Make sure it is DISTILLED water. Have her lie on her side, pour the solution in the top nostril, and let it drain out the other nostril. It is messy and disgusting. I would also ask her doctor to make sure it is OK for her to do so. No sense taking any chances.
I am not a doctor and I can't take any responsibility for any possible problems. If there's a one in a million chance that she has a problem, I can't take any responsibility. But this has worked well for me.
2. see an hio method upper cervical specific chiropractor.
3. I get stuffed a lot, and it easily turns into a cold
I rarely get sick now that I exercise an hour a day. Especially, I exercise vigorously when I get up in the morning and vigorously for 5 minutes before going to bed. When I'm breathing hard and starting to sweat, my sinuses start draining and clear up completely.
If I'm really sick, they fill up soon after, but draining 4-8 times a day with exercise (plus steam at times) seems to keep them from getting infected.
4. There are so many causes; allergies, internal dampness, viruses.
