What helps a sinus headache?
I've had a terrible sinus headache for going on 3 days now. It started off with a sore throat but that's pretty much gone now. Whenever I read or move quickly I feel dizzy/throbbing. My head feels like its going to explode and I've had a low grade fever on and off. Wondering if anyone has heard of any remedies/medicines that seem to help.

1. stopped up sinussinus medicine
2. vicks sinex spray
3. A cold pack on the eyes/forehead area for 15-20 mins followed by a hot washcloth then repeat as necessary.
