Lower back of head headache and neck discomfort?
This started about three days ago. I feel like I have a head ache in the back of my head (very lower back of my head) and my neck is not stiff, but there is discomfort in the back of my neck. It feels some what better but its like a head ache. I didnt do anything to strain myself nothing happened. What can It be? Please let me know if you have any suggestions.. Thank you
