Headache during pregnancy?

I usually have headaches all the time and I'm used to taking Motrin for them, but now that I'm pregnant I haven't had many headaches thankfully because tylenol is the only option but tylenol doesn't do anything to help me at all. So yesterday I had the worst headache that I've had in a long time and it went away this morning but it's starting to come back but I'm hesitant to take Tylenol since I know it probably won't help, why take something if it won't work anyway. I've tried drinking more water thinking maybe it was a dehydration headache but if I drink any more water I'll be living on the toilet. Any suggestions? Is there anything I can do?
Damia - When you take Tylenol Extra Strength, do you take one or two tablets? My mom told me only to take one because it's a higher dosage but it still doesn't help.

1. Nothing usually works for my headaches either but luckily Tylenol extra strength somehow does!
