I don't have a family doctor to manage my chronic knee pain and migraines and the doctors?

that I have seen said I don't need to be on meds that I had been on in the past, mind you they are the only meds that helped me. Im fit to be tied and also on disability for my chronic pain. My depression had gotten ten times worse, I just cry all the time because I hurt so much. Is there any suggestions on how I can find a doc who will prescribe me my meds? Are the online pain management sources any good where you pay a fee to see the doc and they prescribe your meds? Any other suggestions on how to obtain a dr so I can get my life back? This is miserable and I often find myself thinking of death because I can't live this way. Help. I live in a small town and not many drs in the area or around me.

1. Most area's have a free clinic that you can go to. You can find out if your town has one by calling the local area's hospital. Also you might try using herbal remedies. For Migraines Rosemary tea helps some of my friends.

2. If you are a veteran, contact the Veteran's Affairs Office near you. If not, then you need to find a doc that deals with joints.

3. Your migraines, like headaches, are caused by tight neck muscles. Your neck muscles go to the top of your head for its movements. when the muscles are tight at the top they pull on other muscles which gives you pains around your head, your headache. Migraines are more muscles involved, usually the back, and they are pinched tighter. To get rid of the migraine you have to free up your neck muscles as well as your back ones because of shared muscles there and here's how to free them up:
Neck:
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on he back of the muscle, behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck extended (lowered) for another 30 seconds. If any pain remains repeat this step.
Back:
(do while sitting on a chair)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front, and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm as straight as possible. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, then release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side. for both- for best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed. do this a couple times a day for a few days to make sure all the muscles are freed up and are staying that way. Your knee has a tight tendon in it causing that pain and can be freed up to get rid of the pain but are difficult to do so they should be done by one trained for that.
