I have this awful lower back pain on the right side?

For 2 days I have this awful pain in the lower right side of my back on the right side. It hurts whenever i move and its a dull kind of pain when i'm still. Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

1. That pain is caused by a pinched muscle in your back. To get rid of the pain you have to free up the muscles in your back and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

2. inflamed kidneys from diabetes? avoid sugar.

3. It could be caused by some tightness in your gluts. If your gluts are tight it can cause stress and pain to the lower back. Also if you did any twisting while bending forward you could have caused one group of muscles on the side of your spine to tighten causing your pain. I would try some heat to your gluts followed by some stretching of your lower leg muscles. If the pain does not subside or go away after a couple of days, go and see you MD.

4. You should go and see your doctor so they can examine you to establish what this might be. They can then recommend an appropriate course of action.
