Any tips for easing very painful headaches in pregnancy?
I am approx 17.5 weeks pregnant and getting really nasty headaches. They are worse at night and feel like an intense pressure in the back of my head and cause pain all up the back and into the base of the head/neck too. So so painful :(
Just wondered if anyone could give me tips on easing them? Any exercises, acupressure points, natural remedies? Im desperate here! Thanks!

1. I have had issues with headaches during my pregnancy too, funny because I rarely got them before.
My doctor recommended I had ONE cup of coffee a day and that seems to prevent them sometimes. When I start to have one I have 2 Tylenol right away. It doesn't always fix them but it helps.
Good luck
2. Heating pads or a warm bath can help, so can gently stretching your neck, messaging the back of your skull and temples or rubing vixs vapor rub around your neck and shoulders.
Sometimes Ginger Root can ease pain as well.
3. I had this constantly..
Chiropractic and massage worked for me...
and sleep...you need more sleep..
godluck :)
4. Category A medications are safe during pregnancy such as Panadol and Tylenol. I also found that pressure points provided relief. It felt awkward but if you place on hand on the forhead and one hand on the back of your head, apply firm pressure for 4-5 seconds then let go- sometimes it helps when someone else does it.
Warm or cold packs also provided relief. Apparently just a simple glass of water helps as well, its like a placebo effect of taking headache tablets.
5. I have found some good tips in following link, It may be good for you too
