Migraines or Sinus headache in pregnancy, which one?

I'm currently 38w3d's pregnant and having terrible headaches for past couple of days. Mainly it's on the right side of my head that hurts. It feels like someone is poking my brain, like it will burst at any time. To try to ease the pain, I'll rub my temples but that doesn't help that much. Does this sound like a migraine or a sinus headache? What are the best remedies for it to go away? Thanks in advance!
My blood pressure has been checked and it's not high at all. Also I'm not seeing bright spots or black outs. Just to add if I inhale (like take a deep breath), I can feel it start to throb a bit. Also I have doctor's appt tomorrow, so well see but just wanted some advice beforehand.

1. That close to the end of pregnancy, I'd talk to the doctor about it. You really don't need migraines or anything when you're trying to have your baby. They can prescribe something to help relieve the pain. Being a localized, stabbing pain, it sounds like a migraine to me.

2. doesnt sound like migraines. i suffer from these are they arent like this. have you had your blood pressure taken recently? if its high accompanied by headaches then this can be a sign of pre eclampsyia and medical attention needs to be sought!
