Lower inside knee pain - no known injury, pain has been getting worse. What can it be?
I've had pain on the inside lower portion of my knee for the past couple weeks. It isn't constant pain but if I leave my knee bent for awhile and then straighten it then I have a lot of pain. I have had 2 surgeries on this knee: one to remove an osteochondroma (a bone/cartilage tumor on the upper inside of knee) and one to remove some extra cartilage under my patella. I can't figure out why my knee has been killing me lately but any insight is greatly appreciated! I don't recall injury my knee recently.

1. Hi, I train parkour and i know how painful a knee problem can be. I'm eating FLX from Agel Enterprises, this produc is a suspension gel technology product, i eat one of this envelopes before every parkour training and it helped me a lot with flexibility and the most with pain and numb feeling after training.
The effectiveness of this product is based on it's technology that allows the manufacturer to put up to 4 times more quantity of active ingredients than a pill and gel also allows your body to absorb 90% of this ingredients and faster than pills.
FLX is the only product in the world that has achieved to combine Glucosamine, Chondroitin, Celadrin and MSM in one product. This 4 substances are the most recommended by doctors to improve joint health. Celadrin make the other 3 substances 600% more effective.
