How to get rid of a sinus headache? and what exactly causes it?
I have a mojor throbbing sinus headache right now and it is no bueno:(

1. I suffer from sinus headaches and I'm just getting over a sinus infection. I reccomend taking one Alavert. You can get it over the counter. Take one of those and lay down with an icepack. Give it about 30 minutes and you should be feeling better :)
