Pain in lower right side of stomach and right lower back.?
For the past 2 days I've been having pain in my right side, and my right lower back. It doesn't feel like cramps from PMS. It doesn't really hurt when I touch it, but my back does when I touch it. Does anyone know what this could be? I'm probably going to see a doctor if it doesn't improve tomorrow. Has anyone experienced this?
I'm not having trouble going to the bathroom, if that helps.

When muscles are pinched in the back the pains often follow the nerves around your body to show up as pains in another spot. Once you free up the muscles in your back both pains should be gone. Here's how to free up your back muscles:

Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
3. Well it could be kidney related as they sit at about that level and are a bit further to the back of you. Many people will mistake back pain for kidney stones. Ask yourself whether you drink enough, and be honest. Let the doctor know this info. Also take note of any bowel movement issues as constipation can also give back pain.
