How do people alleviate back pain caused by endometriosis?

Whilst my main symptom is cramping, I find that the back and leg pain I get, almost every day, is very hard to relieve. I am wondering whether other people have this symptom and how they get some relief?

1. I use a heat pack on my back, but it really only lessens the cramp a little. I also combine that with codeine and naproxen sodium (Naprogesic/Sonaflam).

I agree, the back and leg cramps always seem to be the hardest ones to shift. When it gets really bad, I'll actually get on the exercycle and work my leg muscles to help relieve the cramping.

2. Hi there,

You can start doing some Yoga or getting some movement in your routine. I find if I sit all day, my lower back pain is much worse. I try and do some form of exercise first thing in them morning to get things moving and it really helps all over! Not just the leg and back pain but shoulder pain and I also feel calmer all day!

3. I have endometriosis as well and it is no fun! :( I get severe abdominal cramps, a sickening achiness in my lower back, pinching pains you-know-where, and pain that radiates down my left leg - sometimes down into my foot. My doctor does not feel that my pain warrants the use of an Rx pain med! Apparently she has never experianced what you or I have to deal with! And not just an that time of the month! For me the pain is there at least 1/2 of the month. :(

I was very desperate one day and did a search for "herbal pain killer" on the Internet. What I found made me skeptical, but I tried it anyhow. All I can say is THANK GOD I DID! I thank God every day that I discovered this AMAZING all natural, herbal painkiller! I had never heard of until about six months ago. It's called Kratom.

Kratom works just as well - actually better - than many prescription (narcotic) pain killers! Kratom requires no prescription and is 100% legal! There are no narcotic side-effects (constipation, lethargy, etc.) and I am certain it has vitamins and iron in it since it's an all natural green leafy plant!

I have been anemic for many years and since taking Kratom for the last 6 months, my blood iron levels are normal for the first time in at least five years! I have more energy and I am not as sensitive to cold as I used to be!

I take 1-2 teaspoons every morning mixed into water or juice (you can also put it into capsules which is most convenient!). I am telling you, IT WORKS WONDERS! About 30 minutes after I drink my Kratom "tea", my pain LITERALLY MELTS AWAY! It even works so well on my ulcer pain that I no longer need to take Tums or Rolaids (which I hated)!

Not only does Kratom banish pain and stiffness, it gives me a refreshing energy! I love it! I thank God every day for this product!

There are several varieties of Kratom. I have found the "Powdered Maeng Da Kratom" variety to work the best for me. It gives the most energizing effect while alleviating pain. Many people swear by the "Powdered Commercial Kratom" (a.k.a. "Bali") saying it is most like prescription pain medicines. For me, it gives a more relaxing feel while alleviating pain (although I do have Narcolepsy so it is probably intensified a bit).

There are several vendors online who offer inferior product (some even fake). This where I have been purchasing mine for the last 6 months and I have always been more than pleased with their product: http://bit.ly/NoPain

You can save $5.00 on every order by using code SKCV5A at checkout.

They will ship your order on the same day you purchase and it arrives within 2-3 days! If you are in pain like I am, do yourself a favor and try Kratom. You will truly be shocked and amazed at how effective this all natural (and legal) plant is on your pain!

Take care and good luck to you and everyone else suffering with these female ailments! :)

P.S. Kratom works just as well on guy's aches and pains too! :D
