Whats the best and right way to diagnose stage of a migraine patient?

I live in KSA. I have been suffering from Migraine since several years. Recently headaches are attacking me every 2-3 days and never get relieve unless I take one 'Imigran 50 mg tablet'. I already consulted with several local Neorologiest, but I think none could diagnose stage of my desease and give proper treatment. I want to know the best and right process to diagnose my desease accurately and get treatment accordingly.

Be cool dont feel any tensions regarding any work,
Check out at what timings u r suffering more with migraine.
When u suffer more with this problem keep aside all your work and get relaxed for few minutes.
Wash ur face and apply some pain relief balm.
Take more butter milk.
Use spets with the consult of a doctor.
Get ur status checked from time to time.

2. please consult a doctor. you can try 'vasograin' tablet until then. but with the consultaion of an MBBS doctor. Remember no one even a tablet use except under an expert physision.
