I'm not planning to right now but I am pretty nervous about it for the future.

1. I heard a lot because there are a lot of nerve ending down there.2. It depends on how much you are able to relax, how much being touched hurts, and how well your medications work, I would imagine. As I understand it (and I am not a medical professional), Fibromyalgia is overactive nerves. Since sex usually involves a lot of touching, that might be the most uncomfortable part for you.

So is learning to masturbate, if you don't already.
