what do I have, sore throat/fever/tired for 48 hours clear sinuses, and headache in back of head for 5 weeks.?

I have a sore scratchy throat where my voice box is, like it is lower than where my sore throats usually are. I have a fever, and sleeping all day.

I've had a headache in the back of my head with pressure and pain in neck for the past 5 weeks, so I'm doubting my head hurting in the back now has to do with my current sickness

but I'm scared I've had the sore throat not feeling well for exactly 48 hours.
the back of my head has been hurting for 5 weeks.
sinuses are as clear as the air, more clear actually.

I'm so so scared i have meningitis. it's late at night so I can't go to the doctor right now.

i need some reassurence

oh also I HAVE NO RUNNY NOSE, ACTUALLY MY SINUSES ARE MORE CLEAR THAN USUAL?

1. Could be strep throat. The usual symptoms are a very sore throat, fever, and fatigue. The fever can also cause a headache.

The symptoms of meningitis are: terrible headache, high fever, and very stiff neck. Meningitis is very dangerous and very contagious, so it's important to get it taken diagnosed ASAP.

However, since you've had your headache and neck pain for 5 weeks, you are probably OK to wait until tomorrow and then get to a doctor. If you can't get in to a doctor, you'll have to go to the emergency room. Meningitis is diagnosed with a spinal tap, which is expensive and uncomfortable.

Good luck!
