I suffer from Cluster Headache and in thursday i took Red Bull and passed but yesterday I tooked again and dont passed.Why?

1. The pathophysiology of cluster headache is dilatation of blood vessels wich creates pressure on the trigeminal nerve. Red Bull contains taurine wich probably can decrease the arterial blood pressure and hence to decrease the dilatation of the vessels. The other ingredient in Red Bull is caffeine, wich reduces the resting cerebral blood flow by counteracting adenosine. You may be undergo a placebo effect by taking Red Bull. You must better visit your physician.
