Do you ever feel like something is moving in the back top part of your head when walking?
Accompanied by sensitivity to light, sometimes nausea, headache, sinus pressure (this last one might be a separate symptom that I have)

1. I've never had that but if you check on line you'll find quite a number of people do. (eg. link below)The causes are many ranging from hypoglycaemia thru migraines and inner ear issues to anomalies in the local blood pressure.
Next time you get it see if drinking some Gatorade helps lessen it. (Hypoglycaemia).
However you have described migraine symptoms.
Your doctor should be your first port of call.
