Lower back pain on right side, due to rotated pelvis?
Ok, so, I have been dealing with this pain in the lower right side of my back for the last 7-10 months or so. The pain only comes after walking, and only on my right side. It hurts my lower right back each time I walk on my right leg. It feels as if my right leg is longer than my left. I came to the chiropractor about 2 weeks ago with this information and he diagnosed me with a rotated pelvis, and I have been given massages and what not for it. The pain seems to remain about the same, and it's very very frustrating, considering I'm only almost 15 years old, and enjoy going out with friends and walking around places. This pain makes it much less enjoyable. Has anyone ever had anything similar to this pain, and if so, what did you do for it?

1. Ok big question here. Did the chiropractor adjust you or did he just give you massages. If he did not adjust you, find another chiropractor. An adjustment is what is needed to correct this problem.
I really wish you the best
2. having the lower back and pelvis adjusted will help to relieve the pain, take press off the nerves, and increase the mobility. a short leg can cause the pelvis to be un-leveled, leading to the pain. you may need to be evaluated for a heel lift. you did not say how often you had been seen. one adjustment will very rarely fix a problem. the body will fight the changes, even if it is out of place. it may take several adjustments for you to begin to feel less pain and more stable.
