Headache in back of head?!?!?!?

For the past few days I have felt pain in the back of my head/neck area (a lot of pressure back there) and now I have a numbness in my right leg too. I've had poor posture because I use my laptop a lot and my doctor thought it was that before...any idea of what it could be? Please help!?!?

1. There are several different types of headaches, and they occur in different parts of the head. Yours sounds as if it might be a tension headache. Over-the-counter (OTC) painkiller medications are often the first treatments recommended for tension headaches. Some of these painkillers can also be used to prevent headaches in people with chronic tension headaches. If OTC pain relievers don't help, your doctor may recommend a prescription strength pain reliever or a muscle relaxant.
