Fibromyalgia and Lyrica: What dosage do you take?

I take 150mg at night only. I'm curious about how much and how often others are taking Lyrica.

Thank you.

1. I have been on Lyrica for nearly four years. When I first began, I was started at 150 mg per day. This was more than I could handle due to the side effects. I backed off to 100 mg per day (50 mg x2 per day). I gradually had to add an additional 50 mg in the evening which put me at 150 per day. Over time, I added another 50 mg in the early afternoon (put me at 200 per day). Then we had to add yet another 50 mg per day - put me at 250 mg per day. I am current at 300 mg per day (100 mg around noon and 200 mg in the early evening).

Four years ago, 300 mg per day was considered the maximum dosage for a fibromyalgia patient. Apparently, that is no longer the case (according to my physician). So, we are considering upping my dose, yet again.

Hope this helps!
