I need to add seafood to my diet, but I hate most seafood.?

I need to be on a wholefoods diet because of health concerns (fibromyalgia, etc...).
Are there any tips, books, Websites that can help me to make seafood taste better?

Thanks.

1. ketchup. mustard. garlic. dill weed. cumin. mrs dash seasoning.

2. Is it the smells or tastes you don't really care for? Did you just have a bad experience? Even the best of seafood lovers get ahold of some bad stuff sometimes that will nearly make you never want to eat it again. lol

Try some lemon juice on it to mask the scents & fishy tastes. Dip your seafood in butter - like kingcrab legs cracked & dipped in melted butter are incredible!

YOu can get tuna packets that are preseasoned like w/ sweet & spicey, lemon & herb, tomato basil & more at most groceries & Wal Marts.

Scallions are strong, but good especially if you play w/ sauces & spices to create your own flavors. Just play w/ different seafoods w/ things in your kitchen & checkout recipes.com & google seafood recipes.

Also, a little pricey but worth it - get orange roughy or talapia fish fresh from your grocer & put it in a baking pan w/ butter & spices & sprinkle a little lemon juice - add some paprika on top & bake til brown & slightly crisp on top - mmmmm. Won't taste like fish at all. Try some cajun spices too.

3. With fibromyalgia and other things going on, I wouldn't think seafood would necessarily be something you want to be eating (heavy metals, etc., exacerbating such things.)

Eat natural/organic foods as much as possible. Supplement with a good fish oil supplement (don't just get the cheap Omega 3's, get something that has multiple Omegas (3, 6, 7, 9), and a good Chlorella mix (usually powders loaded with "Superfoods" including Chlorella.)

The oils will help sap the heavy metals and other toxins from your body. The chlorella, etc., will help to keep it flushing out through your digestive/endocrine systems.

The best benefit of all? You don't have to eat the seafood you don't really like.
