Does staying remain in a high-rise building for long time causes headache?
IS it true that by being say in a 10 storey high apartment for longer term (eg: not going out for a day) will cause headache?

The headache could be due boredom, have a cold shower.
Get out from the 4 walls and have walk in the garden or park.
Window shopping is another good pass time.
Invite your girlfriend for a hang out is a good option.
