Best over the counter pain relief for back?

I have a lower back problem that flares up every now and then, usually a few sessions at the chiropractor, rest and some ice packs sorts it out. However, it's just flared up now and I need to take a flight tomorrow, so won't have the chance to get to to my chiropractor for possibly a week. Can anyone reccomend the best over the counter pain relief to get me through the next few days?

2. Excedrin Back and Body relief works fairly well, I find I have to take it a little closer than the recommended dose and it doesn't take all the pain away. but does ease it enough that I can function.
