what does it mean if you have a headache in the back of your head?

i have had a headache in the right back corner of my head for about 4 days now and it won't go away.. it seems to get worse when i am under stress which i have had a lot of these past few days i have tried taking pain killers but it doesn't really do much.. any ideas on what it could be? or any solutions? also, the amount of stress i have right now is not under my control so relaxing is not really an option..
