1. Hit your head on the wall really hard to scare it away

2. well first to get rid of a migrane you should go in a room with not so much noise.second you should turn the light off in the room.third lay down and usually when you fall asleep and wake up again the headache is gone thats what usually happens to me

3. Headaches, migraines and all, are caused by tight muscles in your neck. The pain is so intense coming from those muscles that the only message the brain gets is pain, your headache. More muscles and being pinched tighter ends up in a migraine. Getting rid of the headaches is a matter of releasing your neck muscles. For migraines, because they are pinched tighter, they sometimes don't release the first time so a second, even third attempt may be needed to get them all released. Here is how to release your neck muscles:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your head. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. After 45 seconds, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
With your neck in the lowered position, replace your thumbs in under the ears and your fingers behind your head but right next to your skull this time. Press your fingers and thumbs together again and hold. Relax your body while waiting. When the muscles have all released, slowly lift your head until it’s level again, release the pressure but hold your head like that for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain at ease.

Many individuals confuse migraine from a bad headache. To know if what you have is already a serious migraine condition, the following are the three indicators to consider:
1.A feeling of nausea
It is no longer a mere headache if you constantly feel nauseated. Most of the time you will feel a wave of nausea, but sometimes it goes with vomiting. Changes in body temperature coincides with this condition.
2.Unbearable pain
Another indication of migraine is the re-occurring pain on either the left or right side of the brain. The pain often starts in the eyes then goes down to the neck.
3.Visual defects

You will know if it is already a serious case of migraine when you are experiencing visual disturbances. If your eyes become overly sensitive to light; you often see flashing lights before you; or you somehow develop temporary blindness, now is the time for you to visit a neurologist to confirm your condition.

5. Quick fix for headache:
- If you wear glasses or contact lenses: take them out to relax the muscles around your eyes.
- If possible, sit or lie down in a dark room (the light can make things worse).
- Drink a pint glass of water. Many headaches are caused by dehydration.
- Relax your shoulders. Many headaches are caused by tension in the upper back and neck.
- Take some moisturiser/cleansing oil and massage your face and neck - Pay attention to your eye sockets, earlobes and the sides of your neck, under your ears and down to your chest. This is where tension can build up. A massage here also stimulates blood flow to the head, which can help.
- Drop your head forward to your chest and roll it in a semi circle motion from left to right. This loosens up any stiffness in your neck and encourages blood flow to the head.
- Apply some 4Head (http://www.4headaches.co.uk/) to your... forehead. It contains 100% pure levomenthol (a type of peppermint) and numbs and soothes your head. It's more natural than taking painkillers.
