Is there anything that I can take to help make a cluster headache go away once it's began?

" Try taking 2 kinds of pain relievers, like a tylenol and an aspirin instead of 2 tylenol...those are awful, I dont get clusters anymore I get full blown migraines but I find that hot showers work for me, or sitting in a hot bath, hot tub... and if no other option just put your hands in hot water, as hot as you can stand...."
