Back pain relief at work?

I have a job that involves standing up for 10 hours at a time and pivoting constantly. I am not allowed to walk or move at all, I must remain at my station, and constantly pivot. Over the hours, it becomes extremely painful. Will a back brace or some kind of nonprescription drug help reduce this? Please give me any suggestions you have. Price is a major consideration.

1. Yea for sure. There's this back-brace (actually a thin synthetic material) sold at Wal-mart. Mine was like $7.99 but there's a more heavy-duty one made by everlast. Mine works fine though. You just wrap it around your torso, and Velcro it down and bingo! I'm only 19 but I'm 6"3 and skinny, and it helps me, so good luck.
Also it can go under clothing as to be inconspicuous.

2. If you have back problems, then different things like non-prescription meds can help but will not completely reduce or cure the problem. I would advise you to see at Dr and see how serious this may or may not be and possibly reconsider the job if its causing pain like that because it can make the problem worse over time.
