I am 10 weeks pregnant. I have a stopped up nose, headache, sore throat, and sinus drainage. What can I take?

1. If your doctor said it was OK to take Benadryl just take regular. My doctor told me not to take anything that makes you drowsy. I would call and ask again just to be sure you didn't misunderstand. My doctor told me to take Sudafed when I was sick while I was pregnant. Ask about that too! Good luck, hope you feel better.
2. 1st Congrats on the new baby!
My Dr. told me that I should be careful to limit the intake of any drug during the first trimester. However, if your Dr. says you can take Benadryl...take only Benadryl. Benadryl Sinus Headache has other drugs in it, so it would be safer to stay with the minimal. I tried something called a sinus wash. It sounds gross, and maybe on some levels it is, but it REALLY WORKED! It is called a Neti Pot, although you can find generic brands in your supermarket or pharmacy. Good luck. Just remember to ask your Dr. before taking anything. Some drugs can have harmful affects on the developing fetus.
3. try natural remedies such as warm lemon and honey, a warm shower or bath so tis steamy in the bathroom. or if not the take the benadryl see if it works or some paracetemol. not alot you can take during pregnancy!
mum to 3.5yrold, 2.5yrold & 6 month old!
4. call you doctor to check if it's okay. You sure don't want to take any thing that might harm you little one.
I hope you get to feeling better fast. Take good care of yourself
5. Sounds like you actually might have a cold, so taking Benadryl won't help. Any Tylenol products (except with codeine) are safe. I was also told I could take Robitussin. I had a really bad cold at about 20 weeks, took some Robitussin (CF I think? It was the pink one) and it really helped. Me and my baby were perfectly fine, never had problems in my pregnancy and my little boy is perfectly healthy.l If you want to take Benadryl Sinus Headache, just call and ask if it's ok to take it.
6. Anything that says "Tylenol" you can take and be fine.
7. You can take Benadryl and Tylenol Cold--and PLENTY of fluids. Good luck, and feel better!
