What lower back exercise help back pain?
I have F cup breasticles and I play roller derby. I find that if I skate for more than 7 or 8 minutes I get really bad back pain and once it comes, even if I stretch out best I can as soon I go back onto the track within a minute or two its hurting again. I am a big girl, and am losing weight to become a better athelete. But whilst I still got these I need some kind of stretch advise to help? Any reccomendations?

1. do crunches. crunches are really suspose to be an abdominal workout but it helps back pain.
2. Believe it or not your back pain caused by roller derby will lessen when you work on your core strength. Working on your squatting skills will also help you maintain derby form as well. Try hovering over your couch in the squatted derby stance. But honestly until your core strengthens and your a little more used to being in the crouched position your are going to have back pain. If it didn't hurt it wouldn't be roller derby ;)
