Back of knee pain - what is causing it?

The back of my knee seems to hurt once in a while. It only hurts while I start walking SOMETIMES, and may continue to hurt afterwards. The pain is hard to describe.

I am 14 years old.
What could a possible diagnosis be?
also sometimes some pain in the thigh along with that.
