1. I have headaches too and im 8 weeks, i wake up from them and want to cry.. maybe its our hormones. my what to expect while expecting says its normal. where i am in the country its also 101 degrees so thats what i think is a additional cause to my headaches. carrying high means a girl they say and it just means your belly begins closer to your upper abdomen. carrying low is a boy they say; and it starts more towards the middle of your abdomen.
2. Headaches are a lot more common in pregnancy, one thing to help is to make sure you're staying hydrated. You should ideally be drinking at least 64 oz. of water a day. You'll still get some headaches, but tylenol is safe during pregnancy. :) If they are severe, talk to your doctor. If you have high blood pressure, that's something that should be addressed, and headaches can sometimes signal that, but your doctor will let you know if he/she sees anything you should be concerned about.
As far as high vs. low - it just means where on your belly you are protruding the most, LOL! If you are carrying high, your bump is closer to your ribs than your hips. (Low would be the opposite.) Your bump can also be anywhere between there. It doesn't really mean anything, except depending on whether you're high or low, you'll have different aches and pains in different places. :)
3. Oh yes, headache, backache, sickness, tender beasts, (and i mean pain full), fatigue, indigestion, then later in your pregnancy you'll have braxton hicks, even more fatigue you will probley take the knock about 3pm, hemeroids, and not to froget the mood swings, and then it's just the labour to get though. enjoy you pregnancy.
