I woke up with a severe headache, Especially in the back of the head, my hands, fingers and arms were weak and?

tingly. (This happened Sunday night...at 8pm) By Monday I could no longer take the pain so went to the ER....they started testing me for meningitis, They did a spinal, it showed blood so they said I have blood leakin from the brain, they rushed me by ambulance to a hosp. with brain specialist/surgeon...They did another spinal...still showed blood, so they did a cat scan-showed nothing-did another one-showed nothing-did a ctv (advanced cat scan-still showed nothing, They did an MRI of my neck and head--NOTHING again...They've done tons of blood work...NOTHING...I'm a 34 yr old male whos had diabetes for 19 yrs now, However when I looked up neuropathy, theres a buncha diff, kinds and I don't have the symtoms...so what in the world could it be? This is getting soo frustrating! I have a job, a fiance, school, and I work full time as a supervisor of a casino. Can any doctor or something shed some light? This is costing a lot of money for my fiance in gas, tolls, childcare, food etc

1. Hi this issue seems to be complicated and I think it would be best to see your and if you are not finding those answers I suggest seeing a different doctor. I really don't think you will find your answer here, but I work at hospital as a nurse tech and I had patient who had "mini stroke" bascially it's a stroke that is so small that they couldn't it see on any of their test and they basically conclude from just INFERING. The doctor said that a piece of a clot broke off and went to the back of the brain. I'm not saying what happened was a mini stroke but maybe look it up and find out what there symptoms are, there could be many things to conclude from
