Lower right hand side back pain before bowel movement, help?
Hi i have had pain in the lower right hand side of my back now for a few years, it usually comes before i have a bowel movement, ive been to my doctor and he sent me for MRI (just on my external back and spine, not internal and organs) and it came back fine. Im just concerned something is going on internally as its very painful, could there be something in the way thats blocking or is this common? Any answers greatly appreciated.

1. There isn't much to cause back pains other than the muscles or nerves and it's usually a muscle for a nerve would just about lay you up with the pain it would give off. And pinched muscles are one thing that don't show up on mri's or any other diagnostic methods the dr.'s use, so to them you have no pain. Here is how you can release those muscles to get rid of the pain:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
